Questa fu la seconda antologia dei Doors a venire pubblicata, dopo 13 nel 1970, la prima dopo la morte di Jim Morrison, avvenuta nel luglio del 1971. Si trattava di un doppio LP, uscito nel gennaio del 1972, per capitalizzare sulla morte di Morrison, mai pubblicata prima in CD (peccato che nel frattempo sia uscita una tonnellata di compilations dedicate alla band californiana). In attesa di 13, perché faranno sicuramente anche quella, questo è il contenuto, tutto già edito, ai tempi come oggi:

R.E.M. – Unplugged 1991-2001 – The Complete Sessions – 2 CD Rhino 19-05-2014

Questa invece è una bella sorpresa per tutti i fans dei R.E.M. Un doppio CD con le due esibizioni complete per la trasmissione di MTV. Le liste dei brani, che leggete sotto, riportano “brani inediti” per undici brani, ma in effetti è tutto inedito, mai uscito né su vinile, né su CD, e tantomeno in VHS o DVD (ma prima o poi…). Per la verità, per il Record Store Day, il 19 aprile, è uscita una versione limitata in 4 LP, ma si è vista pochissimo in giro, almeno sul suolo europeo. Il giorno dell’uscita Mike Mills era in un negozio del Maine a firmarne delle copie. Comunque questa è la lista completa dei brani, andati in onda ai tempi, con le eccezioni dei brani contrassegnati da asterisco:
